For understudies from Meraki High School outside Sacramento, California, remaining fit during the Covid pandemic has been as simple as playing solitaire.

Since the school closure this spring, understudies have partaken in adjusted physical training class with the assistance of an exceptional deck of cards. Named "Super Fitness Fun Cards," the deck is contained cards with various activities on every one: push-ups, squats and crunches. There are various games understudies can play with the deck; with most, understudies can rearrange the cards, take a foreordained number of them, at that point do the activities that the cards delineate.

The device is the brainchild of Dan DeJager, physical education and wellbeing guide at the school in Fair Oaks, California. DeJager is a self-declared "gaming geek," and he utilizes the deck related to instructional recordings, Zoom gatherings and forager chases to keep kids intrigued by physical training while they're occupied with virtual learning.

"It's an incredible cerebrum break," he said of the cards. "Regardless of whether you don't feel like you're buckling down, simply getting ordinary exercise can have a gigantic effect in your day."
